How To Get Started
1. Hold meeting with staff or organizers to discuss Kidz Art program.
2. 'Student Order Form' and 'Message to Parents' could go home with the children.
Artwork could also go home at this time, if artwork was made in school.
3. Children create artwork using vibrant colors. This will ensure the best possible product.
Write identification and products ordered on back of artwork or photo.
Photo size 4" x 6" (suggestion: place photo in envelope).
Artwork size 8.5" x 11" paper only.
4. Students return artwork, order form and payment made payable to the school.
5. School/organization collects artwork with order forms attached and sends to Kidz Art.
A cheque payable to Kidz Art should be included.
Leave the rest to us…
Orders are manufactured for delivery.
Product identification tags are attached for easy distribution.
Commission cheque payable to school/organization is enclosed.
Reminders:
(A) Students should use bright, vibrant colors utilizing markers, crayons or paints when creating their artworks. (Pencil not recommended)
(B) Please write identification on back of artwork with the following information:
Name, Grade, Item(s) ordered and Size, if required.
(C) Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery from the day we receive your order.
